We will ship out the items within 2-3 business days after receive a cleared payment.
We want you to get your item as quickly as possible so you can enjoy and show them off immediately.
We will ship by Flat rate post without or without a tracking number based on your location.
Shipping time is usually taken from 3 to 10 days to your place.
If you need your item got faster please let us know and we will do our best to get your item asap. Please make the note about urgent delivery with the order and we will contact you with the update on shipping cost.
If you don’t agree with our shipping policy, please don’t buy our items.
We are not responsible for items damaged in shipping if insurance is not purchased. If you would like insurance, please contact us! In an effort to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, we DO NOT automatically insure your package! We are happy to insure your order, however, you must request it!
Some countries may charge additional fees at local customs. INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for any and all customs taxes, duties, or fees, should any be incurred!

If you don’t get the item in 30 days, please tell us, we will resend out a new one or refund the money to you.
If you are unhappy or not satisfy with your purchase item, refund are given excluded the shipping amount.
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued upon my receipt of the jewelry in its original packaging (less shipping costs).
